Story Mashup - anyone done one??

I am trying to build a Mashup based on stories from several Qlik Sense apps.

In the mashup api, we have,

getObject method

getSnapshot method

I guess it would have been nice to have a getStory method. 

Anyhow, has anyone found a workaround?? Or have I missed a trick?

Any help would be appreciated
