so i created a story based on live data to sheets. But it doesn't update when i change the filters. It only works when i apply filters then create a new story.
On a monthly basis, I need to generate about 20 dashboards based on filters applied, does that mean i have to create a 20 new stories every month?
Is there an easier way to download all my sheets & filter without having to build a story mode?
And why do they call it "Live" when its not really live. Live should mean whatever you do on that sheet shows up on the story.
Storytelling will not be updated automatically, you may need to take a snapshot for every object, open the older or new Story and create or replace old object for new one.
But thinking about your need: "Download 20 dashboards based on filters". It seems to me a Report, containing unflexible and fixed info, not a dashboard.
The best approach is using Automation, you can create many reports using filters, PDF, table or another app containing only fitered data.
