Does a members workspace need to be ticked for them to use the snapshot tool and add bookmarks ?

I have a stream setup with users that can access the published app through the stream but they can not use the snapshot tool or add bookmarks is this correct ?.

I have exactly the same issue.

Is there no way for a workspace member to copy the contents of a published app to put in their own documents?

Anyone know how?
