Sum total Dimension

I have pivot table but, I need to show sum total column and msh like example.

To show data 201910 : 

Sum ({<Origen={'Market'}>} Aggr(Prescripciones,Producto,Cod_Lab,Esp,CT_n4,CDGREG,Mes,Prescripciones)

you can use total qualifier
