Table show column if other column is clicked

I have a Table (tbl1) with 5 columns.  I only want to show column #5 if the user clicks inside column #3.

Column #5 will be a link to a different sheet showing detail based on the ID from column1.

column1 (dimistion) ID

column2

column3 (measure) value

column4

column5 (link to new sheet with ID)

suggestions?
