The Repository Service can not run when I upgraded the windows OS version to 2012R2 from 2008R2

Hi Guys.

I upgraded the windows OS version to 2012R2 from 2008R2.

There is error with Error: 1053 when I start the Repository Service.

Could not start the Qlik sense Repository Service on Local Computer
Error 1053:The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion

The QlikSense version is Sep 2019.

Thanks in advance for any ideas.

Install .NET Framework 4.8 then the question is resolved.
