Hi,

Initially, I wanted to disable automatic login. So i went into QMC, under virtual proxies and change authentications from Windows to Forms. But now I can't login into hub or qmc as an admin.  I've restarted the server and QS services but with no success.

Please can you assist.

The screen-shot shows you using an IP address as the Domain, so I would try using the domain as the Domain instead.
