I need to check attendance for people in my company which has attended a specific training.
Please refer to the attached file.
In the file, I have 2 sheets, "Masterlist" and "Training". "Training" sheet is the sheet where there are details of who went for which training. "Masterlist" training is the overall profile of the people in the company.
I want to make it such that in the analyze sheet, I can click on a name to see which training they went for AND/OR click on a department to see the percentage of the people who completed which training.
For example,
if I choose the name A, then I can see that the person completed "Training 1" and "Training 3".
If I choose the department HR, then I will see that 100% in HR completed Training 1 and 3, and 50% completed Training 2
by what logic you are calculating % of employees completed training in a particular department ? for eg you said 100% in HR completed all trainings. which I suppose you are talking about employee B (from provided data set).
Here, in HR you have 2 employees B & D. so how come 100% employees completed all trainings ?
Also what do you mean by 50% completed training 2 ? how did you calculate this ?
I am calculating % of employee who completed a specific trainingg compared to the total person in the department.
So in the case of HR, employee B & D both completed training 1 and 3. Hence for that specific training the % completion is 100%. Because in HR department there is only 2 people, because both completed the training it's 100%. But for training 2 only 50% has completed as it is only employee B.
So hopefully in my dashboard I can select which training and which department to see the % completion.
