Hello,
Some of our users are currently experiencing an issue in our Qlik Cloud environment. When attempting to download data, they are only presented with options to export images or PDFs of the tables—instead of being able to download the actual data to Excel.
This is a new issue, as the users were previously able to export data without any problems. The application is located in a published space, and the affected users have full access to the space, including viewing rights.
Has anyone else encountered a similar issue? If so, how did you resolve it?

The issue was that their were multiple accounts to that user, and i had assigned the wrong user to the space. Apparently the other account was still able to see the data, but not interact and download it. Thanks fot the help!
