URGENT: Indirect Set Analysis - Unlinked table

Hi almighty Qlik community,

I stumbled upon this and I am so stuck and I have a deadline tomorrow, appreciate someone experienced could help me with it. 

I have this Orig. Data as below, it is kind of like two unlinked tables.

I have to create a table in Qliksense based on a selection > in this example, when I filter for Scenario 'Up', I would like to map the Industry value to Industry 2, and create a table as the bottom table below (New Table). What should I set as dimension and what as measure in the Table, and how can I write my expression? (for which dimension/measure)?)
