Unable to Change apply condition for color coding

Hi All,

I'm trying to color code a KPI object using a condition, I get this error when I try to turn on the Conditional color coding On  "Unable to change the properties because there is an error in the expression". My expression is "   ='Month Displayed'    " and label  is "    = chr(32)  "    . Any suggestions on how to enable and write an expression for conditional color.
