Unable to achieve the mentioned Format in front end

I have a requirement were i want to create the above mention table in front end. 

In the above table, 1st row contains Sales% for 5 weeks, 2nd row contains profit% data for 5 weeks and so on.

How can we achieve this? Is it possible to achieve this requirement in front end?--- needs to be in the same format.
