Unable to submit support ticket to Qlik
I am not at all able to submit any case ticket to Qlik support. It just clears out the case ticket descriptions and I have to start all over again. I never encountered such an issue in other tools like Tableau. Also, unable to reach out to any person via chat. Can you please point me to the right page?
