Unlock 'Load Script' Menu

Hello Folks,

So I have a dashboard in my work stream.  Yesterday, I was hoping between the Data Model View, the Script and the App View.  As we know, QlikSense won't really let you have too many of the same types of windows open because then you can hurt yourself.  Unfortunately, after restarting my machine, the QS system still won't let me see the Script Editor menu.

I've made sure that I own the dashboard, and I'm RootAdmin, so I'm not sure why it's still locked after closing all my Chrome windows and restarting.

Any help on how to unlock this would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, 

Can you share the error or screenshot to understand your issue. 

There is a button on top right hand corner which says 'unlock acript' this will unlock the script for you.

Hi - If you are using QS Cloud make sure you are opening the App from the 'Workspace' stream, not accessing it from any of the published app stream. Does this help resolving the issue?

This issue happens very often when you open many windows at the same time.

Close all open window tabs.

Try to duplicate the app through QMC into your work stream, You would able to see the script .
