Upgrading from Sense November to Sense April fails

Hi

I am trying to upgrade Sense November 2018 release to latest Sense April 2019.

But i get this error shortly after the installation starts.

"An error has occurred

The installation patch could not be uninstalled automatically. Please uninstall it manually and try again"

Backup the system first.

Go to services and stop all Qlik Services and change the services to manual start.

Control Panel> program and features > click on the left side "View installed updates" > find any Qlik's patch > select and uninstall.

Once removed, you might need to reboot the machine.

Once Rebooted> go to services and change the start to Automatic(delay start).

Upgrade to April.
