User Interface Differences

I get different user interface experiences randomly from day to day.  What is the cause of this?  For example sometimes when I right click on a data table, I get this:

And other times I get this:

And sometimes I can drag to rearrange sheets, and other times I cannot.  Seems to be based on which UI experience I get. 

Qlik Sense May 2021 Patch 4, qliksenseserver:14.20.10

Windows 10 Enterprise

Chrome v92.9.4515.131 (Office Build) (32-bit).  But I seem to have the same inconsistent UI behavior when using other browsers
