Using Mashup for data upload

Hi,

I have a requirement where an analyzer license user needs to upload a file at runtime and then use that data in the Qlik App. To do this can we have a Qlik Mashup app where we give the facility to upload a file that can be stored in a DB via the web code and then invoke the Qlik app to load the data.

i have same scenario like using mashup to create button for upload file that file stored as in one location.
