Value output based on sliding scale

Hi Community

I need to find out what would be the best way to do the following:

I have sales and Budgets. I calculate achievement in the model as an expression. 

NOW

I have sliding scales with payments.

i.e if the person achieves 100% he will get X amount etc..

My sliding scale has 15 variables in 1% increments starting at 100% - 115%
