Variance Analysis Actual vs Budget

Has anyone ever built a visualization like this before, I have Actual, Budget and Variance.

Please assist ?

I don't think you can do it with a standard object, however, Vizlib library is offering a bar chart with an overlap presentation. So you have 2 bars with 2 different widths, the narrowest on top of the widest.
