Viewing multiple dates in pivot table

Hello guys,

I want to be able to see two dates (createddate and applicationdate) on the below table as certain fields depend on either.
For example: Billable Inbounds depends on createddate while Distinct Policy Count depends on application date.

I am using valuelist() function for each of these fields. 

Billable Inbounds: 
count({$<createddate={">=$(=FirstWorkDate(Today(), 7))"}>} distinct If(ValueList('Billable Inbounds',Distinct Policy Count')='Billable Inbounds', token,null()))

Distinct Policy Count:
count({$<application_date={">=$(=FirstWorkDate(Today(), 7))"}>} distinct If(ValueList('Billable Inbounds',Distinct Policy Count')='Distinct Policy Count', Product&policy_id,null()))

Please help.
