VizLib Button

Hello Experts, 

I need help using Viz Lib button to export data in .csv format. The data is filtered by location. I  want the data export to work only when a selection is made is made. That is, only when a location is selected.  Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Apply a disabling state to render the object unusable until the location selection need has been met.
