WebView mode is only available in QlikView Desktop and the webview mode of Windows Internet Explorer is used by the QlikView Desktop to render all the content of an application. So if you start your application via AccessPoint using Internet Explorer the rendering of the GUI should be identical. However if you use another browser than Internet Explorer difference in rendering will occur.
QlikView Desktop's webview can only use the Internet Explorer as of current versions of QlikView.
