What's the monthly cost for the following... 1 dev - 100 users

I'm evaluating Qlik. What is the cost for a single developer and to host (embedded) the app in web page and have 100+ users interact with it?   What version / subscription do I need?

I just need 1 dev lic and be able to embed in a web page with access to 100 users.

I called sales would be:

$70  +  $40 x100 PER MONTH!!!

Which removes Qlik from consideration!!!
