Windows 2019 + QSEFE

Hi,

I am new to Qlik and wonder if I can deploy it on windows server 2019 or windows server 1809 and still have production support in case of problems?

I prefer working on linux machine and maybe start with QSEFE+ Win temporary until QSEFE will have full solution

where can I find instruction to use the QSEFE
