Without using "TOTAL" to get a group count

Hi All,

I am hoping to prepare the following data set

MachineNo. of Machine in the same Branch
5ACD5
560610
5E3E12
......

I understand if I put, [Branch], and [Machine] in a table, and I can get "No. of Machine in the same Branch" by:

COUNT(TOTAL <Branch> Machine)

But I am using a chart, and I really cannot put [Branch] in there, I wonder is there any way to get the "No. of Machine in the same Branch"?  Anyway to do it by Set Analysis?

Thanks for your attention in advance.

Regards,

Guy

Where is the field Branch?

Anil_Babu_Samineni

You can call Branch and Hide that column from Presentation Tab, Use this as Work around.
