YOY sales comparison with % growth

Hi There, I need to generate a chart include year on year sales comparison with % growth Please help

Need more details to help properly but from a high level you should be able to use above function.

e.g. =(sum(Sales)/Above(sum(Sales))-1) with year as dimension will give you year on year growth
