I have a filter for year

and also I have a bar chart with year as dimension

i want year to be static in bar chart if i select in filter year in bar chart shud not change

I guess, your expression is not as simple as Sum(Amount). Could you post your exact expression?

In that case, expression:       Sum({<YearField, BILLCANCELED={'N'}>}Amount)          should work for you.

                Nullify the year field you will get your output.

             Sum({<BILLCANCELED={'N'},Year=>}Amount)
