drop down extension?

I need a dropdown extension... i installed the variable extension but I do not know how to setup the values in the dropdown select.. can you suggest any dropdown extension?

thanks for the reply but, i'm looking for a dropdown where the user can select the values and I can assign it to variables

i found the options to change but it's static and not dynamic... is there any dropdown extension where it's dynamic? i found one but cannot throw value in variable when it goes to the script...
