Year over year comparison

Hi ,

I would like to create a chart that shows sales dynamic year over year within year dimension and month dimension like below.

But what i made shows like below , i cannot get the correct value in col Lastyear_Sales on Mar 2019,  and it will be affected by the filter what i selected, it's not what i expected.

The attached is qvf.  Does anyone have any suggestion for how to get that done?

The problem is that you can't (easily) show a result for 2019 that's calculated from values from 2018.
