access the qliksense from out side

What are the ports to be open in MS sever 2012 R2 to access the qliksense from out side,

Actullay i am facing the issue like , i can the  access qliksense without credentials from out side , at that time page will be like

But when i click on Log in button (  top left side the above page with circle Red color), this page can not redirect to Login page to ask credentials , is showing error like below pic instead.

Why happens like this, did i doany mistake while setting the Proxy .
