calculated fields and google docs upload

1. How do you create calculated fields in Qliksense? For example, I have 2 tables with unitary value and quantity, and I would like to create another table with a 3rd field that is the multiplication of the value and quantity.
   

   2. I have a google docs file which I am importing data from - the file has 5 pages, I need to import data from those 5 pages but it seems to only let me do it from one. How do i select the pages I would like to extract data from?

1. They're called measures. You can create them in the library as master items or in tables and charts.

2. No idea, sorry. I don't know how you connect to your google doc.
