column contains String and intger values

hi,

i am new and using Qlik sense desktop and i want  to not return String from column

String = 'yes' and 'no'

i wanted to not return String value and used in script as below

If you only want to keep the integer values, you can use

Alt("هل تم خدمتك بالشكل المطلوب ؟",Null()) as "هل تم خدمتك بالشكل المطلوب ؟"
