What would be the statement to only grab on a refresh today and only grab dispense dates of yesterday?

Where DispenseDt=today-1 as (DispenseDt);

Where DispenseDt = Today(1) - 1;

You are doing this in SQL, try this:

Where DispenseDt = SYSDATE - 1;

[rupamjyotidas]

or

Where DispenseDt=CURDATE()-1

or

Where DispenseDt=GetDate()-1

Do check if DispenseDt date is only date or timestamp
