deselect form selected values in filterbox

Hello all!
I miss QlikView again!

Can someone tell me how to exclude/deselect selected values in the filter box in Qlik?
For example:
In the filter box/select box we have selected 30k values with all possible car models, BMW 7, Audi R8, Porsche etc....
All values have the status "Selected" and are green. I would now like to exclude or deselect all values that contains " * bmw * " from the selected ones.
How can I do this in Qlik? In QlikView you could do this with the key combination "CTRL+Shift+Enter".

Thanks for your answer.
Unfortunately, it doesn't work for me.

Another Example:

I have a total of 30K values.
I select 3800 values contains BMW. 3800 values are green and selected.
Now I want to deselect about 2000 values from these 3800 selected values, which contain e.g. "Spare Part". If I do this with alternative values, then I select everything that contains "spare part" and the upper selection of 3800 values no longer exists. 😞
