error 1306 during installation

Buonasera.

Ho provato ad installare Qlik Sense Desktop ma senza successo

Allego il file log dentro lo zip.

Qualcuno può aiutarmi?

Hello, 

In the Qlik Sense Desktop logs I found the following error: 

CustomAction CA_ConvertToUTF8 returned actual error code 1603
