help loading excel file

hi

i have a problem with an excel file

i want to load it and get for each line in subjects his values(ignore that there is no values in the pic)

i want to see  :

subject year   month  value(random)

A            2022          1         938

A            2022          2        500

A            2022          3         777

A            2022          4        555

and ignore the total and test column columns😅

i tried cross table but didnt worked

a pivot table would show what you are after.  (unless I am not understanding your q )
