highlighting cells (consecutive) - background color expression

Hello,

I am still new to Qliksense and I am currently having problem highlighting the personnel number whose claims got rejected  consecutively for 2 months. The source of the file contains data from October 2020 to Dec 2020. So I wish to highlight the cell if it got rejected say Oct and Nov or Nov and Dec.  The table below I have already filtered and I set this formula as new variable called "Rejected count". 

Can anyone please help me with the expression? I tried out all kind of expressions and none worked for me 😞

You may find solutions for your need using AGGR and FIRSTSORTEDVALUE functions. This article (https://www.analyticsvidhya.com/blog/2014/02/aggr/) brings very interesting insights about them, which work both for Qlikview and Qlik Sense.
