Hi 

Data looks like , ur fields contains string values. So try like below

Date(floor(Timestamp#(DATETIME , 'DD-MM-YYYY hh:mm:ss'))) as Date

 time(frac(Timestamp#(DATETIME , 'DD-MM-YYYY hh:mm:ss'))) as Time
