Change the height of the chart. Changing the range settings of the y-axis might have some effect too.

Remember that your chart will resize automatically depending on the screen size. So even if it looks perfect or your screen, it might not on another.

I think you need more explanation to get the right answer. I'm thinking you are talking the lines in the actual graph and how to move them. You'll have to be in Edit mode to do it. You'll have to click on your graph to the right where your edit options are location and find Presentation. There will be a field in there that will allow you to change the line spacing. There is an option titled Grid line spacing. This is always to Auto as default option but once you click on it you'll have other options to go through.
