no license allocated

hi all,

iam getting an error message with says that i dont have access to qliksense.

all users get the same error message, the day before yesterday everything worked fine.

if i go to the license management page, all users have the status allocated.

but last used isnt updated, so i guess there is something wrong.

for testing i logged in with a new user and allocated a license, but the last used is always empty.

any ideas?

dont know if relevant, but i get the error message from postgresql: column c.CreatedOn does not exists

solved.

Port 443 was closed and the license couldnt be validated.
