replace names by Labels

Hi Freinds 

Is there any method to show Labels instead of there names in the datasets:

Like this table: I used table chart in Qlikview and want to the Label instead fo name column the which appeared when I add it to the table

name	Label
SY03 SY04 SY12	Rural Damascus Homs Dara
SY02 SY04 SY05	Aleppo Homs Hama

and because this isn't something constant I couldn't use IF functions for example sometimes it is like above and sometimes it changes based on the enumerator selection.

You can create a master table with Name and labels details and map you master table with your transaction table.
