set analysis interval select

Hello,

I have following problem:

In one table I have min-max intervals.

OWNER	MinS	MaxS	rate
A	0	100 000	0,30%
A	100 001	250 000	0,28%
A	250 001	500 000	0,25%
A	500 000	1 000 000	0,20%
B	0	1 000 000	0,20%
B	1 000 001	1 400 000	0,40%

in another :

OWNER      TAmount                          Filed3   

A                      300 000                          should be 0,25%
B                  1 200 000                          should be 0,40%

and need to write expression for field3: corresponding rate based on OWNER and   TAmount (between MinS and MaxS)

Could you help me, please ?

Instead of doing set analysis, try with intervalmatch concept in script like below sample
