how to pass dynamic exchange rates to let variable

Could you give some more information or exact requirement ?
i have created button for dollar($) value
if i have clik on $button it show show sales in dollar
this dollar button should be dynamic(as there is daily change in exchange rates)
The variable must be picking value from somewhere right ?
If it is hardcoded then you need to pick the latest record of rate using set analysis.
It would be great if you can share some sample data.
