the Customer Satisfaction score

Hello ,

Currently I am trying calculate what is known as the Customer Satisfaction score through Qliksens during the year based off a pourcentage of 60-70% being 'satisfied', and 80%-90% being 'very satisfied'  and i named the field par satisfied , very satisfied

iam currently doing : count (distinct (if (etat_evaluation= 'Trés satisfait' ,MatPart)))

how can calculate this expression ?

You should use set analysis this way :

Count(Distinct {$<etat_evaluation={'Trés satisfait'}>}MatPart)
