Hi, there is a lack of information on waht you have and what you need.

Maybe you can have 2 dimensions, one as it is that shows the materia ID, and another with an aggr that only has the values with Est Turns=0, Like:

Aggr(If([FormulaForEstTurns]=0,[Material ID]) ,[Material ID])
