Difference between two dates

Hi,

I having trouble in getting difference between two dates which is timestamp. I want the difference in "Days" and create a chart.

Example:-

Field 1 :- 4/11/2013 12:40:32

Field 2 :- 4/16/2013  12:00:00

The value should be "5 days"
