20+ years working in IT / Software. Have worked in Services Delivery, Sales Operations, Mergers & Acquisitions and Community Strategy and Management. Community Management is a profession I fell into a number of years ago - it brings me very close to you, the customer, which is extremely meaningful on the day-to-day. When not busy working, I am usually 'helicopter parenting' on my 3 teenage daughters :)
