1. Install => QlikView

2. Read => QlikView Tutorial.pdf                              => free of cost   //official book //great resource for beginners

3. Read => QlikView 11 for Developers.pdf                 => need to purchase    //great resource for certification

3. Read => QlikView Scripting.pdf                               => need to purchase    //great resource for script

4. Read => QlikView for Developers Cookbook.pdf    => need to purchase //great resource for advanced topics

QlikView Reference Manual.pdf                                  => need to purchase   //official book

Along with it in parallel, check QlikView Help and QlikView Reference Manual and QlikView Community. //These  resources will guide you on each step.
