Error: Address violation at address 01B67D29 in module 'NPrinting.exe'. Read of address 00000000

Hi All

Has anyone come across the following message "Error: Address violation at address 01B67D29 in module 'NPrinting.exe'. Read of address 00000000" when running a nprint report.

It is affecting 3 nsq's not everything and no error occurs when I preview in the reports section.

it looks like this is from manually running the job?

when you previewed, did you have any filters to limit the data while previewing and now it is running more combinations of data?

are you running from the same machine as preview?

do you have mapped drives or UNC pathing

where are you sending the output?  Preview will not look at those options so if your output is going to location the machine doe snot ahve access to tht could be an issue as well

is ther any further inforamtion in the log file or is the inforamtion basically the same as the screenshot?

what format are you generating the report?

Seems to me like a read/write issue. Maybe the output file is already open in a different program?

Stephen,

It appears that you are using the Qlikview server service account (svc_qlikadmin) to run the NPrinting server service.

This is NOT supported. You must use a dedicated NPrinting server service account to run the NPrinting server service.

Please check the following link to ensure that you have configured your NPrinting server service account accurately as well as your entire NPrinting Environment as a whole.
