I am able to create and distribute reports using NPrinting designer. But I came to know that by using designer we can run only one report in a given time. So we should go for NPrinting Server for multiple task. I have installed the NPrinting server but what should I do next. How to link the reports created using designer to the server and distribute reports.

you will need to configure the server options so it can see the nsq you created. Also make sure in the nsq you crated, you have a job and schedule created - this will tell the server the time to run the schedule, wich jobs are part of the schedule, and which tasks are part of the job, etc.
